Today MTS Systems has over 1.600 employees worldwide and offers innovative solutions for world-famous companies from the automotive industry, aerospace equipment, manufacturing, medical companies, research institutes and original equipment manufactures.

[Translate to Deutsch:] In 1970 MTS Sensors was the first to employ the principle of magnetostriction for position measurement. We have thus rendered valuable pioneering work in the development of high-precision, future-oriented measurement systems. At three sites Cary (North Carolina, USA), Lüdenscheid (Germany) and Tokio (Japan) 250 employees works in development, production and sales of Position- and Liquid Level Sensors. Intensive basic research is efficiently merged with a consistent focus on practical requirements. Results are innovative solutions for a wide range of potential industrial and non-industrial applications.
